In partnership with Seshottex 680 Pty Ltd’s management faculty of corporate trainers during leadership coaching, a participant will clarify his central purpose, enhance his people skills, hone his strategic business skills and translate new insights into an action plan that defines where he — and his team — is going and how he will get there. He unleashes his highest leadership potential and moves ahead of instinctive leadership after attending the leadership development program.

Customization and Leadership Training Workshop Delivery
Seshottex 680 Pty Ltd’s leadership development and training programs are developed from a deep understanding of contemporary global and corporate cultures and how a leader can perform at a consistently improving level. The theories and strategies of many business philosophers are espoused - John Adair, Ken Blanchard, Jim Collins, Jane Mouton, Robert Blake, Douglas McGregor, James Burns, Patrick Lencioni, Larry Bossidy, Ram Charan and others who have done path-breaking work in the field of leadership development.

The customization of the leadership workshop is specific to the goals, values, mission and vision of a particular organization. The program would guide leaders on how to integrate and synergize the DNAs of the Leader, the organization and the Team.

Adult learning principles which are self directed and autonomous are adopted in each leadership program so that for long term benefits the learning (facilitated by our corporate trainers) can be continued beyond the leadership development program. The participants learn how to connect learning to their already existing knowledge and experience base.

In addition, the client can choose his leadership training delivery option. The leadership development programs can be conducted in-house at your facilities by our experienced facilitators or it can be at an out-location campus or a destination of your choice. Seshottex 680 Pty Ltd’s leadership programs are experiential and /or expeditionary in nature.

The client can opt for short duration leadership workshops (3-4 days) or a longer engagement leadership development program (six months) which would have follow up and review sessions and workshops on the next level of modules on leadership trainings.
